“Kristen is a great facilitator, able to keep the task moving, but also compassionate and knowing when to let a conversation go on. We had a great day and trusted her immediately.”
“This training helped our team connect on a deeper level as coworkers. It gave us an opportunity to disconnect from work and connect with each other. Also, it gave us ideas to incorporate mental health wellness within our company.”
"It was a terrific team bonding opportunity! As women, we take advantage of the fact that we are nurturing and don't always verbalize it on a corporate level. It was amazing to create the space to do that with each other!"
I'm currently booking speaking engagements, consulting projects, offsites, and leadership advising for Summer and Fall 2025.
